These are nurturing sessions incorporating guided meditations (Yoga Nidra/NSDR), shadow work, journalling, exchange and Q+A. Each session explores a theme (i,e. intuition, money, love, sex, grief, death) and how through meditative Letting Go and Manifestation practices, we can clarify and realise not only our desires but our heartfelt and fierce purpose. Beyond resolutions and temporary change, these sessions will help you realise your one wild and beautiful life with less fear and more flow!

Intuition, Money, Love, Sex, Death…
Each session explores a theme aligned with that month’s moon and how it relates to Letting Go and Manifesting.
To make our desires real, we first need to let go: of limiting beliefs, poor habits, fears, grasping, unnecessary things, certain situations and often people. A great place to begin with the above challenges is via the body and our unconscious. An effective way is through guided meditation (Yoga Nidra or NSDR, both with proven neurophysiological benefits).
Each full moon is a potent time to let go or complete a task. Full moons have long been harnessed as times when the cosmic calendar provides a valuable window into the psyche. We will harness this powerful lunar energy to recalibrate and enhance our innate inner wisdom. While the scientific studies on the moon and human behaviour are conflicting, and the term "lunacy" may be outdated, go track your hormones and sleeping patterns or watch the weather, the tides, planting your garden, and the behaviour of your pets. You'll see that despite our disconnection from nature, we still are mammals and affected by the moon's waxing and waning. We will tap into this force of nature to let go & manifest!
BENEFITS
The monthly online sessions are nurturing and will help you identify and move beyond struggles. The sessions are ideal if you wish to launch a new project, path or phase of life. They will also help you identify your inner wisdom, the invaluable authentic voice in us that knows the answers to our conundrums. Over time, you may even find improvements with sleep, anxiety and focus. All you're invited to do is show up, with a notebook.
Every month, at the full moon, you'll join me for a 60-minute Zoom. Across the first 30-40 minutes, I'll guide you through a meditation around a theme with tools to help you let go and manifest. The final 20 minutes open up for exchange, reflection, journalling or Q+A. Afterwards, you'll receive the recording to deepen the practice over the month. An incentive for attending live is that I will extend the session by 10 minutes for any discussion/questions that are more confidential. These 10 minutes won’t be recorded or shared.
