about me
I have an international art practice, an undergraduate in Health Sciences, a Masters in Interdisciplinary Practice* and am a certified meditation teacher and longstanding meditator and yogi. I practice in Australia and Germany and have directed workshops, lectures, festivals and creative teams.
As artist-in-residence and curator I’ve received arts council support for work in Africa, Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, India, North America, Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands and Australia.
My practice also includes short films, a novel and an exegesis, two art books and an internationally acclaimed project. In 2012, I pioneered a performance practice, The Letting Go, which has helped many to see “the wonder in their wounds”.
I’ve played in a band, DJ’ed on radio, travelled extensively, walked the Camino de Santiago and have also studied applied photography, production management, classical guitar and percussion, ballet, therapeutic massage and several somatic practices. I’ve worked in leading roles in pain and stress management (Occupational Therapist), commercial photography, copywriting and translation.
I’m climate-conscious and believe that artists and visionaries can inspire many to advance our net-positive contributions to the planet.
Breathe.
I'm equally intimate with failure, rejection and vulnerability. I’ve felt the highs of arrogant success and the lows of imposter syndrome. I’ve wrestled and danced with my dark night of the soul.
My varied expertise and life experiences make me skilled at being your mirror and light. I’ll see where you're stuck and where you shine, so that you can evolve yourself and your projects. As a coach, see me as your private agent — busting through blocks, fears and practical challenges with precision, confidentiality and compassion.
And let's laugh (and perhaps even dance!), too.
